Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a training provider to deliver our clinical holding training for dental services in Kent and London.
Initial training will be required followed by annual updates to be provided in Year 2 and Year 3.
We require 3 separate training courses that will deliver the following content:- Non- Restrictive healthcare programme breakaway training - Approximately 32 staff members (maximum 10-12 people per training day) Clinical holding non-restrictive interruption training - Approximately 20 staff members (maximum 10-12 people per training day) Clinical holding restrictive interruption training - Approximately 32 staff members (maximum 10-12 people per training day) Each of the three training programmes listed above should not require more than 1 full day's classroom training per cohort to meet outcomes, when supported with distance learning solutions.
The training provider must be BILD accredited and must deliver training in accordance with British Society for Disability and Oral Health, Unblock barriers to care, guidelines for "clinical holding" skills for dental services.
Any suppliers must be able to deliver training at locations in East Kent and London, provide their own training equipment and provide any supporting e-learning modules in SCORM files to be hosted on the Trust's Learning Management System (SCORM files) Any suppliers interested in this opportunity will need to register their expression of interest (EOI) via the Due North (Proactis) Portal which can be found using the following link https://procontract.due-north.com/Login/ with opportunity number DN466738 if you have an existing account or you will need to register for an account.
The ITQ documentation will be provided to all bidders expressing an interest on the 5th March 2020. (Please note that Cohort = maximum 10-12 people depending on actual breakdown of numbers)
