The tenderer shall be prepared to commence the service on 29th November 2016 being the commencement date referred to in the contract conditions of the contract documentation.

The duration of the contract will initially be for a period of 12 weeks.

Works to be completed by Friday 17th February 2017.

Final phase of works to complete the redevelopment in support of our exciting Academy provision.

Scope to include • Development of scheme from Stages 1 through to Stage 4 of the RIBA Plan of Work with specific focus upon implementing the following • Review of Phase 3 works and overall Master Plan • Guidance upon procurement strategy given need for the construction works to be concluded Mid-August 2017 • Creation of additional classroom, laboratory and workshop provision • Refresh circulation areas undertaken as part of Phase 1 and 2 • Central Boiler Room and associated plant to replace shared off site provision in adjacent Franklin College • Extended dinning / common room provision • Substantive external works to include new entrance road, footpaths, cycle routes and storage, extended hard playing surfaces and sports provision, additional car parking and dynamic landscape development within quad area
