The brief

City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport are seeking to appoint a consultant to begin development of a transport connectivity project for Lye town centre and some surrounding areas within the Dudley Borough.

This project will encompass improvements to Lye high street, improved connectivity from Lye railway station to the high street via the A4036, an active travel route along part of the A458 and feasibility study of dualling Lye bypass.\r \r Utilising Midland Highways Alliance PSP4 Lot 2 Framework\r
