The brief

This is a modification of an existing FCA call off contract, which utilised the Cloud and Technology Resourcing and Outcomes Framework (award reference: 2019/S 111-273280).

The services covers resources to support the FCA Workday application.

The FCA has taken the decision, subject to Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 to modify the existing end date of the call off contract from the 31st December 2023 to the 30th October 2024.

The original start date was the 1st January 2023.

The value of the modification is £1,000,000 ex VAT.

The original Award value of the Contract was £2,398,000.00 ex VAT.

The new end date reflects the time and the technical work required to update requirements ready for a future call off activity under the FCA Digital Services Framework Agreement (award reference: 2023/S 000-031669) .

The total value of the call off following this modification will be £3,398,000.00 ex VAT.

The call off contract will now end either on the 30th October 2024 or sooner if the modification value is fully used before this date.
