Maintenance & Servicing of UoS Water Systems

The University is looking for a 3-year servicing contract for our Type 1 and Type 2 water systems.

The package should meet the following specifications: • Cover all systems as attached for 1 x service (including cartridge change) for all units and 1 additional cartridge change on Pico, Geno and Duo units per annum • Service to include at least the following: o Check on feed water quality o Check on condition of all valves and diaphragms o Reverse osmosis module and performance noted and replaced if necessary o Flow rate check and adjustment where required o Full paperwork to document the service visit and any required return work • Include all manufacturer consumables associated with these service visits.
