The brief

Cheshire East Council is conducting soft market testing to understand interest from providers in the delivery of an Environmental Enforcement Service.

This service shall sit within a wider Council enforcement system.

The system is built upon the principles of engage, educate and enforce to deliver sustainable behaviour change, continuous improvement and an excellent service to residents in line with the Council's Enforcement Policy.

The soft market testing will provide an opportunity to obtain insight from providers who may be interested in providing an Environmental Enforcement Service in Cheshire East.

Your feedback via responses to the questionnaire will help to inform future commissioning intentions.

The questionnaire will be available on The Chest E-Tendering Portal - Project ID DN461796.

Following this Cheshire East will also be looking to host 1 to 1 meetings with suppliers, more information can be found in the questionnaire.

This soft market testing will be conducted on Cheshire East Borough Council's electronic contract and tendermanagement system at the https://www.the-chest.org.uk.
