Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council
Carers Support Service
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
Rochdale Adult Care Services and the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) acknowledge the important role that unpaid Carers, who care for their family members and friends, make to the Health and Social Care economy and the impact that caring can have on the health, wellbeing and quality of life of Carers.
We are committed to improving the service offer to Carers in the borough of Rochdale and increasing the number of Carers supported in their caring role.
We are delighted to offer to the market an exciting opportunity to continue to work with us on our universal carers offer across the Borough aimed at substantially increasing the number of Carers identified, offering information, advice and support to carers which helps them to continue their caring role for as long as they choose to and minimises the impact of caring on their health and wellbeing.
