Medical & Dental Recruitment Role Players - Health Education England - East Midlands and East of England - NHS/SoEPS/19.545

NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS), acting on behalf of Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of Medical & Dental Recruitment Role Players - Health Education England - East Midlands and East of England.

As part of the nationally agreed interview/selection centre processes for some medical and dental specialties, the Midlands and East Recruitment Team are required to incorporate the use of role players to provide patient simulation.

The interview/selection centre processes are agreed by the Lead Recruiter and relevant stakeholders and national guidance is then provided for each specialty.

All interview/selection centres need to source appropriately trained role players in line with the agreed national guidance.

This ensures a fair and consistent recruitment process for all applicants.

The initial contract period of three years will be a maximum value of £300,000 inclusive of VAT.

The Authority retains the option to extend the contracts by a further 2 year period.

The maximum value of the 5 year contract will be £500,000 inclusive of VAT.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Friday 06 September 2019 at 12:00pm (midday).

Late submissions will not be accepted.

The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.
