The brief

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) requires a Patient Experience feedback service for collecting and reporting real time feedback from service users, carers, families and staff.

The selected supplier of this service will be an experienced market research organisation who has previously worked to deliver a patient experience feedback service by capturing and reporting on feedback in healthcare settings.

The Trust spans 5 counties; Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath & North East Somerset, and our wide variety of community and mental health services are configured across 3 Directorates; Children & Young People, Adult and Older Adult.

In total this involves approximately 65 services, with around 264 individual teams containing approximately 4000 patient facing members of staff.

The teams include adult and children’s community and specialised primary care such as community hospitals, health visiting, district nursing and dentistry, as well as community mental health services for adults, older adults and young people, and approximately 25 settings for mental health inpatients.

The Trust has a workforce of 6500 staff and an estimated 70,000 contacts with service users per month where our values of ‘Caring, Safe, Excellent’ are at the heart of everything we do.

The contract for this service is expected to have duration of 3 years with the possibility of being extended by up to 2 further years.

The contract value will be £90,000 per annum.
