The brief

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is seeking a specialist provider to manage service user engagement with young adults on probation accessing Newham's Transitions to Adulthood Hub.

The provider is required to facilitate networks and engagement opportunities with young adults accessing the hub to capture the voices of young adults and to support the development of proposals for changes to service delivery and co-production of hub services, in order to ensure that delivery is shaped by young adults' experiences.

The Transitions to Adulthood Hub is a community-based holistic service for 18-25 year olds on probation in Newham and 17 year olds transitioning from the Youth Offending Service to adult probation.

The Hub aims to provide wrap-around support tailored to young adults' distinct needs and informed by maturity assessments in order to reduce reoffending, improve mental health and support young adults to make positive life choices.
