Consultancy Services For The Provision of a Landscape Assessment

Fareham Borough Council (the Council) is inviting proposals to produce a robust new Landscape Assessment to support the preparation of a new Local Plan Review.

The awarded consultancy will need to provide an assessment of the landscape capacity around the existing defined urban settlements to help determine where development might be suitable or unsuitable; a review of the Borough's existing strategic gaps, local landscape designations; as well as impacts on other areas of protected / valued landscape or open space designations; and the identification of opportunities for landscape enhancements along the edge of substantial new developments.

The e-Request for Quotation (e-RFQ) is issued electronically and will be an open opportunity for any candidate who wishes, to apply.
