AQP Non-Invasive Ventilation Service (NIV)

NHS Commissioners within the 7 Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) wish to jointly commission an AQP Non-Invasive Ventilation Service (NIV) service for non-complex patients.

The Provision of a Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) Service is a contract for a period of 3 years, commencing on the 1st April 2016, with the option to extend for one additional period of a maximum of 2 further years.

The 7 CCGs involved in this procurement are: NHS Crawley CCG NHS Horsham and Mid Sussex CCG NHS Coastal West Sussex CCG NHS Brighton and Hove CCG NHS High Weald Lewes Havens CCG NHS Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford CCG NHS Hastings and Rother CCG Overall annual value for the contract is £450,000.

It should be noted that under the Any Qualified Provider model, there will be no guarantees of volume or payment in the contracts awarded.

Any provider will be eligible to join a list of qualified providers subject to demonstrating competency against the authority’s specified criteria.

Please read the qualification questionnaire and the supporting offer documents very carefully since failure to comply with the requirements contained therein (including paying particular attention to Maximum Word Limits for answers) will invalidate your submission.

There is a facility on the e-tendering system to ask any questions in respect of the offer documents.

The window for questions from applicants will close on Wednesday 21st October 2015 at 12pm (midday), allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete and submit their applications by the reply by date of Friday 30th October 2015 at 12pm (midday).
