To further facilitate this plan and to meet requirements for Apprenticeship standards, the Trust is seeking to appoint an approved provider to deliver apprenticeship training.
The provider will need to deliver training modelled within the requirements of the Estates and Facilities workforce development plan.
The programme of training will be agreed in principle for the contract term and be flexible.
It is intended that Apprenticeship training should provide development and future career opportunities for apprentices underpinned with professional support and opportunity for on the job learning
