The brief

The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology wishes to appoint a supplier to conduct evaluation and research activities for the consumer Internet of Things (IoT) regulations set out in the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act 2022 and Regulations, which came into force in April 2024.

The output of these activities will inform the development of a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) to be published by October 2026.
