The contract involves the planned preventative maintenance, attendance to breakdowns/ repairs, carrying out occasional installation works and other minor works in connection with the installations, plant, systems, equipment and controls etc. detailed which shall be carried out predominantly by a site based team of operatives employed by the contractor.
