Non-Award of Contract - NHS Greater Huddersfield CCG: The Whitehouse Centre, Primary Care Medical Services

This notice serves to announce that a contract was not awarded following the conclusion of this tender exercise. it does not seek any expressions of interest for a new opportunity.

NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group sought to commission a high quality GP led Primary Medical Care Service for people with specific needs in the Greater Huddersfield area.

The aims of the service were to offer support to patients in order to enable a large portion to transfer to a mainstream provider of Primary Medical Schemes within a 12 month period.

Following conclusion of the tender exercise and the evaluation of tenders received, no provider was appointed to deliver the service due to the tenders failing to meet the required quality thresholds.

An electronic tendering portal (NHSSourcing) was used to manage this process and to communicate with potential providers.

Accordingly, no hard copy documents were issued to potential providers.

Please note: the basic principles of the open procurement route were and are being followed for this tender exercise to test the capacity, capability, and technical competence of Tenderers in accordance with the Contract Regulations 2015.
