Solid (internal and external) Wall Insulation and associated works

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) on behalf of its Members are looking to procure a framework for the installation of Solid (internal and external) wall insulation, Cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and associated works or related ancillary builders works.

Our Memberships combined property stock is in excess of over 1 million properties , property types range from domestic housing stock, high and low rise flats, office accommodation, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation and university buildings.Contractors must have experience in all of the above listed requirements as well as dealing with ECO and associated funding schemes.

The framework structure will be split into Lots based upon the number of properties involved within a member's call off scheme and due to the wide spread locations of EEM Contracting Authorities, each of the core lots will be split further into regional areas.
