The brief

Wakefield Council is partner of the Wakefield Cultural Consortium and is seeking a suitable, highly experienced research company / consultant to deliver a research and development programme, part of strand 1.

The scope of the exercise is to: • collate and review existing data held by all partners • identify information gaps • identify external organisations (currently not Consortium members) who may hold useful data and engage them in the programme • analyse existing information (inclusive of, but not limited to: audience profiling and segmentation, economic impact assessment, current position of the district - SWOT analysis) to provide baseline figures and inform product development and PR and marketing strands of the project • develop a framework for future data collection and information sharing • develop evaluation framework for measuring impact of Cultural Destinations programme The tender documents are available for interested suppliers to download from the YORtender system (www.yortender.co.uk) using reference DN286498.
