Regenda has obtained planning consent for the development of an extra care housing scheme on ChatsworthAvenue, Fleetwood, Lancashire FY7 6RN.
The scheme comprises 72 extra care apartments with associated communal facilities, landscaping, car park and access.
The works anticipated include: demolition of existing buildings, and design and construction of the new scheme.
The appointed contractor will be expected to continue the detailed design through into construction and will be expected to novate the architect and structural engineer to provide design services to achieve this.

Design warranties, with rights of assignment, will be required from the Design & Build Contractor's designer(s) and specialist sub-contractors to the Contracting Authority and funders.
