INS have a contract for the manufacture of type 3578 packages. there have been a number of delays during manufacture and this has resulted in some reservations as to whether the packages can be manufactured reliably, consistently and to the specification.
We require a review of the "manufacturability" of the package design together with a review of the suppliers capability to manufacture the packages.
