North Star are looking for a consultant to support our Board effectiveness review and our Board member appraisal process.
These normally both take place in November/December of each year.
Interested parties are required to complete the following: o Projected Costing model (our expectation would be for this to be done face to face rather than virtually though the Audit Committee meeting may be virtual) o Experience of similar work in other RPs and approach to working with North Star (no more than 1 side of A4) o References (preferably within the social housing sector) Successful applicants will then be invited for a 30 min interview/chat to include our Chair of the Board and the person who would be doing this work The appointment would be for a 2 year period before we rotate again.
