The brief

Works to expand the existing school from a 1.0 FE to a 2.0 FE primary school, identified areas of the existing school building will be remodelled, a new 6 classroom block will be erected and the adjacent council-owned land will be incorporated into the school site to ensure it meets the current required guideline standards.

The works also include external works, soft and hard landscaping, and associated works to services.

This is a call-off from the YORbuild2 West Area Contractors Framework Agreement, Lot 3.
