Requirement: To deliver a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management Course (RQF Syllabus October 2017 version 3.) Details are as follows: 1) The Programme must consist of the following Units: 502: Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to achieve success.
504: Managing Performance.
514: Managing Change.
2) The Programme is to be delivered by Blended Learning.
The face to face element is to be four one day Workshops (One for Induction and then one per module) 3) The Workshops will be delivered in London.
