What We Are Looking For WLWA is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct an independent review of 23 updated HR policies to provide assurance on: Compliance with employment legislation Alignment with NJC terms and conditions for local government employees Governance frameworks applicable to local authorities Gap analysis to identify policy coverage and implementation risks Best practice recommendations to enhance policy effectiveness This low-value contract is expected to be completed within one month of the award, with work structured into three batches of policy reviews.
Who Should Express Interest?
