The requirement is to appoint Service Providers to a Supported Living Framework for adults with care and support needs.
The Framework will cover all provision within Redcar & Cleveland for supported living services, including supported living schemes, dispersed properties with care, and outreach support.
Residents may have a range of support needs ranging from low level to highly complex, in areas such as mental health, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
Services need to be flexible and diverse in their offer to meet the varying needs of these residents of Redcar and Cleveland.
The primary aim of this Framework is to allow residents to be supported to be as independent as possible whilst ensure their assessed care and support needs are met.
