National Citizen Service 2018 Call for Expressions of Interest The Growth Company is a large not-for-profit social enterprise founded with the core aim of improving lives.

We work with around 100,000 people and 30,000 businesses each year to create opportunities and deliver significant social and economic impact across each of the local communities we serve.

Over the last year we have been developing a new offer for a future National Citizenship Service.

We have worked closely with young people, parents, employers, academics, local authorities and leading experts to re-imagine how this rite-of-passage service could reach more young people and deliver a bigger impact.

Now the service re-commissioning is underway we are looking to forge meaningful delivery partnerships with the best grass roots and specialist youth organisations.

We are intending to bid for the National Citizen Service (NCS) as a management partner in the following areas: • North West • Yorkshire & Humber GC is seeking submissions from organisations who can deliver and/or support the delivery in the North West and/or Yorkshire & Humber.

Any submitted responses will be reviewed and scored to establish a shortlist of subcontractors and partners.

If you want to apply to become an NCS supplier of GC, please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Register on our In-Tend portal at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchestergrowthcompany/aspx/Home To use the Growth Company In-Tend site, you need to complete a basic registration as a supplier on the In-tend Supplier Platform.

Note that all mandatory fields (highlighted in yellow on the In-Tend Portal) must be completed in order to register your organisation.

Step 2: Submit your response for the 'People Services Partner Network' by completing the simple questionnaire, which can be found under the 'Tenders' tab and by clicking 'Current'.

This questionnaire is for information only.

Once complete you will be accepted to join on the 'People Services Partner Network'.

Step 3: Download the National Citizen Service 2018 Call for Expressions of Interest Documentation by clicking the 'View Details' button on the Partner Network.

You will then be able to click on the opportunity.

The documentation provides key instructions and information for submitting your response and evaluation criteria.

Complete the required documents and submit via the In-Tend Portal.

The deadline for completion is 12:00pm on Wednesday 10th October 2018.

Any submissions received after this time will not be accepted.

This is automated on the In-Tend platform therefore you are encouraged to allow adequate time to upload your submission documentation.

Please do not email your tender response, any submissions received by email will be rejected.
