The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a contract for the provision of stair lifts, step lifts, through floor lifts and modular ramps.
There is currently housing stock of circa 8,000 homes across the City and the Council is looking to procure a single service provider to carry out the services previously stated.
All property is under the ownership of the Council and all are located within the boundaries of the City.
The contract term will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for one further period of 2 years.
All equipment supplied and installed should be done so in accordance with the relevant and applicable British and International standards.
The relevant building regulations may be applicable for some works: Stair Lifts - EN 81-40:2008 ; Vertical Through Floor Lifts - BS 5900:2012 ; Step Lifts - BS 6440:2011 ; Modular Ramps and level access doors - Building Regulations Document M
