Learning Disability Provider Engagement Event. North Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent

The Clinical Commissioning Groups in Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire plan to undertake a procurement exercise in 2015 to appoint providers to a framework contract to provide services to people with a learning disability and complex needs.

As part of this process we would like to invite you to a Provider Engagement Event.

A draft agenda is attached.

At the event, providers will be able to: • Hear from local commissioners about their commissioning intentions for people with a learning disability and complex needs • Hear from NHS England about the national picture in learning disabilities commissioning • Get an idea of the types of needs of people with a learning disability and complex needs that we wish to commission support for • Ask questions and give feed-back to commissioners As space at the event will be limited, we would request that each organisation sends no more than 2 representatives.
