The London Borough of Camden works closely with its local NHS partners in the delivery of health and social care services.
Services range from those medical interventions via primary care; a period of reablement following hospital discharge; short term interventions to respond to a crisis; or long-term care services for those who may need it (which could be arranged via a direct payment) - either through the provision of services at home (such as home-care), access to a range of community services, or, if appropriate residential/nursing care or other specialist resource.
