Any provider interested in this opportunity needs to be able to deliver a solution from 1st April 2019.

The maximum contract value is £6,000 per annum excluding VAT.

The purpose of the service is to provide a secure information system to store details of stop smoking activity undertaken by community pharmacies, GP practices and other community based providers in Southend.

The system should provide "real time" access for both the provider and the Stop Smoking Service to facilitate improved patient care and dynamic reporting of outcomes.

The service requires the secure input and reporting of patient level health data with appropriate safeguards to protect individual data.
