CCW want to contract a supplier to lead on a consumer satisfaction survey.
CCW will select the Contractor and contribute to the development of the project and the agreement of final outputs.
CCW will lead the contract and act as project manager.
2.1 Business Objectives The aim of the survey is to establish a full and reflective understanding of consumer satisfaction with the service provided to them by CCW.
2.2 Key Objectives - To undertake short telephone surveys using data provided by CCW; - To obtain sufficient responses to determine statistically robust levels of satisfaction with the service provided by CCW; - To enable comparison of results with previous survey outcomes; and - To receive analysis of survey responses as management information.
