The Electoral Commission is looking to procure an agency to carry out usability and accessibility testing of our corporate website, www.electoralcommission.org.uk.
We want to carry out a programme of testing with users of our website to gain an in-depth understanding of how what their needs are, how they currently carry out their tasks on our site and the problems they face in doing so.
We also require testing sessions with users with access needs, including users of assistive technology.
You will need to be able to run some sessions with Welsh-speaking users of our sites.
These sessions will need to be run in the Welsh language.
At the conclusion of the user testing phase, we require a report setting out recommendations for improvements and changes.
