The brief

Fastrack B is a high quality bus service and part of the Bus Rapid Transport System branding.

The Service operates in the Gravesham / Dartford area on a high frequency timetable from Monday to Sunday inclusive.

The network provides a fast and reliable service supporting the brand reputation and standards with a Peak Vehicle Requirement of 12/13 vehicles to provide essential access to businesses, education, healthcare and shopping facilities.

To fulfil this contract the successful operator will require high specification vehicles with minimum emission levels to ensure delivery of both a reliable service and brand reputation standards.

The Council wishes to maximise an income for the use of the dedicated busway route to fund further development.

The successful operator will be responsible for all operating costs while retaining all revenue attributed from ticket sales.
