External Painting and Repairs to Variouse Properties 2020-2022

Newark and Sherwood District Council are currently seeking the services of a competent contractor to deliver the external repairs and painting services for a period of 2 approximately years with an option to extend the service delivery for a further year subject to the needs of the District Council and the satisfaction of the contracts administrator.

The works involve external painting, repairs, and cleaning to the council's properties, which are of various types ranging from 1-bed flats to 4 bed houses.

The successful contractor will be required to carry out a detailed property survey, and submit the property survey fully costed, utilizing the submitted rates, and submitted as part of the tender bid.

A schedule of addresses is contained with the documents for this tender bid, and the schedule of addresses are for the first year of intended works only.

The addresses for the remainder works will be made available to the successful contractor 8 weeks prior to the year 2 works being instructed.

It is anticipated that the works for year 2 of this contract will be very similar to the works undertaken in year 1
