Provision of Workforce Management Solutions - TEVW
Currently only our inpatient units have an e-roster solution (72), as part of this procurement you will supply an advanced e-rostering solution for the current inpatient solution and 300 clinical teams.
This is an estimated 6 000 staff spread across the trust, our priority is procuring an advanced e-system for our inpatient units, which allows for acuity management and the ability for flexible workforce deployment across our services before implementation to our community teams.
Your solution must be mature with functionality designed around ease of use for the clinical services while offering advanced functionality to allow TEWV to manage its workforce effectively.
Our key areas of focus are: Improving the ability to provide flexible rostering demand across services Acuity based rostering - dynamic deployment of stand based on clinical need, Increasing efficiency of rostering practice, Evolution of workforce roles, Compliance with national guidelines, initiatives and best practice, Understanding/ease of use of reporting by team managers when using reports and dashboards.
