This exercise is to inform the forthcoming tender opportunity for the landside port construction contract at Leigh Port, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend to seek to identify potential contractors who can provide the required construction works in terms of suitable experience and who have the capacity to undertake the works from Summer 2024 with a potential completion date of the end of March 2025.
