The Government of Tanzania is implementing a twenty year (2006-2025) Water Sector Development Programme (WSDP), which encompasses rural and urban water supply and sanitation, sanitation and hygiene, water resources management and institutional capacity building components.

On behalf of Government of Tanzania-through the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MoHCDGEC), Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MoWI), the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), the President’s Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG) and development partners supporting WSDP; DFID Tanzania wishes to invite interested Behaviour Change Service Providers (BCSP) to lead the design and support delivery of a national-wide behaviour change campaign in Tanzania.
