The brief

The University of Manchester (UoM) acquired the property 323 Oxford Road in 2018, formerly used as a branch of NatWest Bank.

The building forms the end of a row of four mid-19th century town houses that are Grade II listed and was completed in 1868.

The University proposes to redevelop the site to create a new hub facility consisting of primarily workspace for the Christabel Pankhurst Institute The works are the design and construction of a new office facility, including all substructure, superstructures, finishes, fittings, mechanical and electrical services, drainage, external works and external services.

This also include the remedial works to the existing building.
