The St Helena Government (the Authority) is seeking to licence a Public Communications Provider (the Licensee) to provide a comprehensive portfolio of communication services to residential, businesses and Government Bodies on the Island.
The Public Communications Networks and Services, (PCNS), Licence ("the Licence") will be issued for a specified time period with a minimum period of ten years and a possible extension of 2-5 years, commencing on 1st January 2023.
