PRE-PROCUREMENT MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE FOR THE PROVISION OF A PARKING SERVICES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) would like to invite Suppliers to participate in a Pre-Procurement Engagement exercise to seek the views of the market for the Provision of a Parking Services Management System.

The purpose of this Pre-procurement Market Engagement Exercise is for RBG to gain an understanding of the latest developments and innovative solutions in the provision of Parking Services Management Software Systems for the Council.

This exercise will be used to assist in gaining a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirements, the most appropriate operational system approaches for the various parking services, the capacity of the market to deliver the requirements, the indicative costs to help inform the commercial aspects for the delivery and operation of the system and an opportunity for the market to highlight any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered.

As part of this engagement exercise, respondents may be invited to a demonstration session to explore and discuss the information provided in their response to the questionnaire sent with the briefing document.

Please note that this is not a tender exercise.

It is meant to gather information for scoping purposes before staring a formal tender exercise.
