Grounds Maintenance Services Framework

This Contract Notice announces, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the release of a tender to establish a new Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services framework, managed by ProcurePublic.

This framework is intended to replace the current provision and will encompass a comprehensive range of Grounds and Cleaning services for the public sector, expected to be operational from January 2025.The framework will feature a filtering system, enabling bidders to select CPV codes, regions, and financial capacity criteria to meet specific client requirements.

Established with an anticipated spend of 1 gbp and a maximum capacity of 50 gbp million, it will be accessible to all public sector organisations listed in the latest classification guide by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
