The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with four phases - Adventure, Discovery, Social Action and Extension.
NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine (9) regions via a combination of Direct and Indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts.

Key responsibilities include: - Deliver the whole customer journey from recruitment, programme delivery and Extension - Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges and non- school channels - Hiring and training workforce - Management of their supply chain - Safeguarding and incident management
