Property Managing Agent for Meridian Water
The Council requires the services of an experienced commercial property managing and letting agent to provide property managing services for its commercial and industrial assets within the Meridian Water area.
The services comprise, but are not limited to the following: • General day to day property management • Rent and service charge collection • Property database management • Lease renewals and expires • Property inspections • Management reports • Financial management • Budgeting and forecasting • Rent reviews • Seeking new occupiers for vacant units • Ensuring tenant compliance with lease obligations The duration of the Contract will be for 36 months with the option of extending for a further 36 months in 12month periods at the Authority's discretion.
