Shepway District Council (the Council) wishes to select and appoint a suitable Supplier for the provision of cleaning services at the Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent and invites prospective Suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements.
The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX 1.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon October 1st 2016 and will continue for a period of 2 years with a maximum extension of 18 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
Prospective Suppliers are required to attend a site visit during the week commencing Monday 27th June 2016.
