Sellafield Ltd has engaged with Equans E&S Solutions Limited as a suitable Operations, Maintenance and Management partner to ensure continued safe operations of the Fellside site while delivering high levels of availability of both process and welfare steam for the Sellafield site.
This agreement is the Operations, Maintenance & Management Agreement (OM&M Agreement).
The duration of the contract is for an initial term of six years with an option to extend the agreement by up to two further years.
The estimated value of the 8-year contract is £128M.
The contract commenced on 03/12/2025.
