The brief

Dacorum Borough Council wishes to upgrade and enhance its CCTV infrastructure and hardware, through a phased refresh programme.

The successful bidder will also need to provide both preventative maintenance and responsive repairs to both the existing and upgraded system and hardware as well as maintaining a highly critical network.

The perspective tenderers should also consider the Council's vision of being flexible in offering monitoring of CCTV services to other clients, along with the potential of upgrading the operation to becoming an Alarm Receiving Centre and having the ability of delivering a full range of monitoring services.

Please refer to the tender documents for the specification, which can be downloaded from the 'Supply Hertfordshire' portal www.supplyhertfordshire.uk.

Bidders will need to register on the portal (if not already registered) to be able to access the documents.

Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 30 September 2019.

Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
