The brief

The current water chiller is non operational and is uneconomical to repair.

The Project comprises replacement of a redundant water chiller with a unit having increased capacity to serve future cooling to areas of the Wellcome Building.

The works also include extension of a new chilled water riser with valved connections at each of five floors for future use.
