Applicant Tracking System - Health Education England - SoEPS/17.341

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the delivery of a Applicant Tracking System for Health Education England.

An online applicant tracking system is required to support Health Education England's Global Learners programme.

The programme aims to connect healthcare professionals based across the globe to available positions in NHS Trusts.

The applicant tracking system will act as a database of qualified applicants to be connected to positions in NHS trusts.

This activity will be self-contained in the system, however the system will be required to interface with the NHS Electronic Staff Records System to transfer a successful applicant's details to the host/employing organisation.

The contract value will be a maximum envelope of £36,000 (inclusive of VAT) for three years.

The Commissioner reserves the right to extend the contract by up to a further two years.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any unsubmitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.

No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITT, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITT.
