Future UK Borders
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits below the typical range for Research & Development contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 20,405 valued Research & Development tenders in our corpus.
The Border Co-ordination team requires support from an external supplier to work along-side them in the initial phase of strategy development and assist with i) Scope out what is needed to develop a more integrated and 'digitised' UK border, which enables users to have a single, simpler and more efficient process for transporting traffic and goods; ii) Advise on and identify the available design options, tools and technologies to create and deliver the future border; iii) Estimate the potential comparative costs and benefits of these options and the time lines and resources to deliver; iv) Support design events/sessions with stakeholders from across Government (and potentially key external stakeholders).
