The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey on behalf of themselves and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (thereafter known as 'the Authority') are procuring Digital Forensic Services under a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the OJEU Open Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

This service includes: - preservation, acquisition, analysis and reporting on data and/or grading of images retrieved from various digital media devices - collecting and returning exhibits - attending Court as a professional witness - writing witness statements - providing exhibit and case reports.
The term for this contract shall be 2 years with the option to extend by 2 additional 12 month increment(s), making the maximum possible contract term 4 years.
The option to extend the contract shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority.
The estimated total value of the contract is £4,800,000, which is based on approximate total annual spend aggregated over 4 years.
